What happens after the 4 weeks?
Nothing automatic. You will never be charged without agreeing to a paid plan first. That is written into our Terms of Service, not just promised here.
Is the rate really per practice?
Yes. One flat rate covers the practice rather than counting seats, so adding a doctor does not change your bill. Hospital and multi-branch deployments are quoted directly, because the questions that matter at that size are rarely about seat count.
Can I cancel?
Any time, and there is nothing to cancel during the trial because there is no card on file. If you leave mid-term on an annual plan, talk to us and we will sort it out.
What happens to my data if I stop using iKi?
Your consultations and reports remain yours. You can request an export or deletion at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
